Rx Shield Orders: These specialized prescription lenses are the latest in optical technology and require a bit more time to craft due to their complexity, typically around 3–4 business weeks. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is ready, and if there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you in advance.
To avoid delays, please make sure your prescription is submitted when you place your order. You can:
- Upload it at checkout, or
- Reply to your order confirmation email with your prescription attached.
Make sure your prescription includes:
- Your doctor’s name
- The exam date
- All prescription values, including your pupil distance (PD)
