When ordering directly with us we can accommodate single vision prescription orders only. For progressive prescription orders we ask that you visit one of our authorized dealers to place your order as there are additional measurements needed while wearing the glasses in order to accommodate the progressive prescription. If you are looking to order Rx prescription lenses only for a pair of sunglasses, inserts or docks you already own you will need to contact us to place the order for you and you will need to send the frames in to us for the order to be completed.
Please allow 7-10 business days for most custom prescription orders to be completed prior to being shipped to you. Once completed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number included.
Rx Shield orders take around 3-4 weeks to be competed due to the complexity of these Rx lenses. Once completed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number included.
